Pride Month 2024

It’s officially Pride Month – a month of significant importance in an ongoing journey towards equality and inclusion for 2SLGBTQQIA+ groups.

As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) landscape continues to evolve, the importance of ensuring 2SLGBTQQIA+ groups continue to find support and experience equity and a sense of belonging in the workplace, is only growing. Pride Month provides an opportunity to not only celebrate diversity, but to recognize and reflect on the historic inequities that 2SLGBTQQIA+ groups have had and continue to encounter.

At Bunt, we recognize that our collective strength lies in the unique perspectives and experiences of our diverse workforce. We strive to ensure each and every individual feels valued and respected, and welcome to bring their true, authentic selves to work each day. 2SLGBTQQIA+ groups play a pivotal role in driving change, meaningful conversations, and diversity initiatives, and for that we are very grateful.

Our differences make us better, so let’s continue to advocate for a world where everyone feels safe, welcome, and respected. Happy Pride Month!
