Fleetwood Orion – Surrey, BC

Bunt & Associates is privileged to work with Bucci Developments, providing transportation planning & engineering services to the Fleetwood Orion development which is now moving forward with public notification.

Located in the heart of the new Fleetwood Town Centre, Orion will be a transit-oriented community with the future Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension. The proposed mixed-use development will consist of three distinct residential towers with over 1,000 residential units, commercial space and direct access to the SkyTrain transit system.
