Township Centre – Calgary, AB

Bunt & Associates has been involved in the Township Centre project with Royop Corporation for over a decade. The site encompasses 60 acres of residential, retail, office and entertainment spaces. From high-level planning including the Area Structure Plan all the way though to the development permit, Bunt has been involved in various stages of the project since 2008. Bunt’s studies include a parking Master Plan, site planning support, VISSIM micro-simulation modelling, and transportation impact assessments. Consideration was given to the adjacent developing communities and changes were proposed to the infrastructure of the area. The opening of the Township Centre is planned for April 2021.
